Outram Park Ya Hua Rou ( 肉骨茶)

7 Keppel Road #01-05/07 Tanjong Pagar Complex

Went to try with Ron 2 days back in the morning. It usually closed at 2pm, so early..Its raining heavily when we reached, just nice to eat something warm..
Once we arrived at the tables, we are served with chopsticks, chilli, dark sauce and a bowl of fried dough sticks. Service is unbelievably fast and prompt!
Apart from 2 bah kut tehs, we ordered pickled vegetables, braised intestines braised tofu plus a pot of chinese tea.. The side dishes tastes good and their bah kut teh is the type of regular herb-&-spiced type but in clear peppery soup. It came up to about $12 per person.. slightly more expensive than average. cos we should have ordered 1 bowl of soup instead of 2. I realised the soup is UNLIMITED REFILL!! OMG!!
We also get to perform the culture and art of drinking chinese tea. There's a pot of hot water on charcoal besides us, a bag of teal leaves, 3 more tin trays and 4 small cups. ..Ron's first time drinking tea with a personal touch?haha..
